Our guests are encouraged to donate leftover goods to the local Ottawa community with volunteer assistance from Rogers Centre Ottawa partners. The Leave a Legacy program is a flexible and easy way for our guests to make an impact after their event.
Our team identifies opportunities to donate anything left over, whether non-perishable food, obsolete marketing collateral, promotional items, furniture, displays, carpets, or anything else. We’ll look after all the arrangements to ensure your donations go where they matter most.
Lend-a-Lanyard
Guests hosting events at Rogers Centre Ottawa are encouraged to borrow reusable lanyards to help reduce single-use waste, with support from Ottawa Tourism. The Lend-a-Lanyard program offers a simple, sustainable alternative for conferences and events of any size. Lanyards are made from 100% recycled materials and are sanitized between uses. Event organizers can request them at no cost, with return bins and signage provided to help with easy collection after the event. By choosing to borrow instead of buy, guests are helping lower event waste and contribute to a more sustainable future for Ottawa.
